Step 1:
Determine your Budget

Step 2:
Schedule your free phone consultation

Schedule your free consultation HERE. Specify your time preference in the contact form, and we will reach out to confirm a time.

Step 3:
Pay a deposit to reserve the date

Once we’ve met & you’ve decided you want to work with us, the next step is to pay a deposit. The deposit is 10% of the quote or $300. This deposit reserves your date on our calendar and goes toward your total payment. It also begins the planning process, which is the fun part!

Step 4:
Proposal & Planning

In this step we will provide a proposal with a mood board and the intended florals we plan to use for your wedding based on the initial consultation. In this stage, we have some time to go back and forth and get things just right before moving onto the next step.

Step 5:
Sign Contract & Make Payments

Once the proposal is everything you’ve dreamed of, we will both sign a contract agreeing on the terms discussed. At this point, the 1st payment is due. Depending on the size of your wedding flowers, this may be the final payment or the 1st of a few payments leading up to the big day.

Step 6:
Final Review & Gorgeous Wedding Flowers!

At about 30 days to your wedding, we like to have a final review phone call. This allows us to cross the T’s and dot the I’s on anything still needing to be discussed. It’s also a great time and the last time to adjust the proposal and add or subtract anything. After this phone call your florals will be ordered and you can check them off your list and leave the rest to us!
